After founding Brink and serving as its first executive director, John Newbery has announced that he will be moving on to other things. In his year as director, Brink raised over $4 million of donations, opened the London office, began the fellowship program, and funded 7 open source developers through the grants and fellowship programs. Mike Schmidt will be serving as interim executive director.
